Issue number one: your designers did not even look at my current content before publishing the first draft they created for me. I have a pretty well-developed site already that I did myself, and I want to retain the content but have a more professional design and appearance. Apparently they did not even look at my site. They just plugged in a generic term like “reading tutor“ and produced some lovely AI text. But it’s not actually about what I do. I provide a very specialized neuroscience-designed intervention for kids with specific kinds of reading problems. Your designer and the AI missed all that.
Issue two: you are constantly up-selling me. Every single day I get an email from you that tells me that I need widgets or to set up a PayPal option for my clients. I don’t need either of these. I only take a maximum of eight students as my total caseload, yet I keep getting emails wanting me to expand my Google presence, etc. etc., totally inappropriate for me. And you’re sending me emails telling me I need a domain name, etc. I already have a domain name, and I have given it to your representatives so that they can use my current site as a guide. I would already have canceled my contract with you except that I’m still struggling with some technical issues that I can’t solve on my own, like what format video I need to use to get it on my site. To make your service is better, just assign me one person, one, as my designer in contact. That person should take notes about my specific needs and be able to respond to them himself. Right now it looks like the person that presented my website draft to me is not the one who made it. He just handed my name off to the next person in your assembly line.
I may keep your service, depending on what the second draft of the site looks like. And I’m trying to reschedule my meeting with him, but all the available dates are outside my 30 - day window of opportunity to cancel the contract.
Total frustration here.

3 weeks ago, after requested help with product page and need help with redirect the product to the correct Category or to the right section, as gold and gemstone jewelry preferred not to be in the Pearls & silver jewelry section, or in loose gemstone section. And write about item characteristic. We were eddied our items picture with clear information, description as what kind material, cwt, grams weigh, and size. we were Analize and be sure we provide clear info of each piece of our section. We were eddied new category section as 14k. gold jewelry. We had done that with all information as picture of items, and description as what kind material, cwt, weigh, and size. then we move on the eddied our Pearls and silver, and mineral section and we just done that now.
However, we went back to check and to our gemstone and gold section as earring & pendent sections, ring, necklaces, bracelets, section. I saw the UENI did made some writing on the products but the information's missed or left out the important information. as we mention above. Some of items missed hole info, some items left out size, the weight,
Our 1 month of hard working and our time is valuable. We have no time to waste. We would appreciate if you may correct the missing information or left out info that we provided.

I think the overall website is good. I am not fond of the Resources page, which had nothing to do with us or our business and, in many ways, contradicted our goal. With some editing, I believe this website will be very doable, and the customer service is excellent.
