Title: Years of Inconsistent Communication & Unfinished Work – I’m Truly Confused
I’ve been working with UENI for over three years, and honestly, I’m confused and disappointed. From the beginning, I was one of the earliest supporters of the company, yet after all this time, I’ve never been able to sell a product on my website. Basic things, like uploading images or getting sponsorship and partnership pages set up, have taken months—or still haven’t been done at all.
There’s been a serious lack of consistent communication. I’ve asked multiple times to communicate through email to keep things organized, but instead, I get scattered messages and a phone call once a month. Missing or declining a monthly phone call shouldn’t impact whether or not my email requests are acknowledged or followed through on.
What really confused me recently was receiving emails asking if I want to be released from our partnership. I don’t know why that was brought up—I’ve never done anything wrong, and I’ve never said I wanted to end the relationship. I’ve been patient, respectful, and committed. The issue is simply that I’m not receiving the quality of service or follow-through I expected. That type of message made me feel misunderstood, as if the blame is being shifted onto me, when all I’ve done is wait (for years) for my requests to be fulfilled.
I’ve sent very clear, detailed instructions—often with links and visuals—yet they go unanswered or are pushed aside. And what’s most frustrating is when a payment issue arises, I get immediate, personal contact from UENI. That shows someone is paying attention, just not when it comes to doing the actual work.
After three years, I should have a fully functioning website that supports my brands, ministry, and sponsorship opportunities. Instead, I feel like I’m constantly waiting, getting bounced around, and repeating myself. Maybe I’m not connected with the right person at the company—but I shouldn’t still be trying to figure that out after this long.
I’m still hopeful that this can be resolved, and I’m keeping it in prayer. But right now, this experience has held back my progress instead of helping it—and that’s incredibly frustrating. I got many problems. I would love to solve one of them. seems like once I wrote the review it got worse. I thought we were getting together. I wanted to put a review encourage but it seemed like it made things worse.
