Once you’ve purchased your Website Launch Plan, you’ll fill out a questionnaire where we ask you about your business, your goals and what you’re looking to accomplish with your new website. Then, our design team and copywriters will transform your vision into reality, in under 7 days. Once it's ready, you will have a 1-1 Zoom call with our team to show you the website and make any additional changes.

What if I don’t like my website?
We offer a money-back guarantee for 30 days from the day you purchase your license. If you are not happy with the website or the results, just contact us for a refund.
Can I transfer an existing website to UENI?
While we cannot manage or edit your existing website, we can build a new one for you. You can share your existing website's URL in your business details questionnaire and our team will use as much or as little of it as you like. We regularly import content that our customers have on other platforms (e.g. an existing website, Etsy, Facebook) and use that information as part of a new and improved online presence!
I am ready to join UENI’s Website Launch Plan. What should I do?
The first step is to sign up and pay the $149 setup fee (usually $599) and $16.99 maintenance fee. Then you will be asked to answer a few questions about your business and send us materials (logos, images and videos) related to your business, so that we can custom make your website for you. After that, all you need to do is wait one week for your website to be ready. We will launch your website over a 1-to-1 Zoom call with one of our website experts.
