I was skeptical about UENI doing the whole website by themselves with minimal input from me and I expected the walk through to be riddled with changes that needed to be done....
To my surprise, what they accomplished with the website was extremely accurate and Aris Bautista, the person doing the walk through via zoom, was knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful.
Are there changes to be done....sure but minor ones that can easily be done by me or their editing team.

It really is a terrible and basic service. They do not have any ounce of artistic or creative ability to make a website look great. It's all template-based, and there is no flexibility to change some things or resize images or text. Plus, it feels like it's all AI-operated, and no human is involved except for a few. I'm stuck because I went ahead with a 2-year contract, but I would rather manage it alone than deal with them. I thought they would reduce my burden and be less stressed about trying to set up the company.
